Refund & cancellation policy

Cancel any time from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Vidya Plus → Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for; you will not be charged again. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

If this is your first Vidya Plus purchase and you request a refund within 7 days of payment, having used fewer than 10 Plus chats, we refund the full amount. Email support@vidyaastro.in from the email/phone on your account with your Google Play order ID (starts with GPA.).

Monthly and yearly renewals are not refundable once charged, except where required by law or where the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in the billing period. Turn off auto-renew before the renewal date to avoid a charge.

If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, tell us within 30 days and we refund the extra charge in full.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Google Play and typically appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different account or in cash.

Partial months after cancellation; dissatisfaction with an astrological reading itself (readings are interpretive and depend on the birth details you gave); purchases made through a third party other than Google Play.
